Building on the presentations and findings of the first day, delegates will have the opportunity to taste stevia in 4 different liquid products - 2 fruit juice drinks, a milk drink and a cola to understand how stevia influences the taste profile in 4 very different products. Delegates will then discuss tackling their product challenges holistically.
