Stevia Webinar - a free preview of what you can expect at Stevia 2012
On 8 December 2011, in response to the EU approval of the use of steviol glycosides, Fi Conferences and WILD Flavors organised a free interactive online seminar to discover what the new European regulations controlling the use of stevia in food and beverage products meant to manufacturers and how they could start to incorporate stevia into their product line.

Over 200 attendees from industry leading companies including Unilever, Givaudan, HJ Heinz, PepsiCo, Kerry Ingredients & Flavours and Refresco attended to hear timely regulatory updates from the EU and insights that will help them ensure that their products would take advantage of the health benefits stevia provides.
